Prisca Reynolds Wylie Counselling

Welcome

In my private practice, I provide therapy to young people (12 years and older), and adults, working with individuals, families, and couples, as well as offering parent consultation. I have over 20 years of experience as a therapist, and am dedicated to my work in helping improve the lives of my clients.

People have the capacity to change, to transform adversity, and to find greater ease and fulfillment in their lives. As a therapist, my goal is to provide a safe and compassionate environment in which to help people feel less alone with their suffering, and to support them as they heal from painful and traumatic experiences. Through self-awareness and developing insight into their emotions, beliefs about themselves and their somatic experience, clients develop more authentic and loving relationships with themselves and others.

Relationships are central to our survival as human beings, our attachments are what we depend upon for a sense of safety and security in the world. Many people endure relationships that are dissatisfying, unrewarding, and even traumatic, leaving them struggling with pain and suffering that comes with confusion, disconnection, and loneliness. My passion is to support people in developing healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
